FAIRFORD’S 2nd XV enjoyed a successful run out over the weekend in an entertaining return fixture with Cheltenham Civil Service.
A mixed side recorded a 22-0 victory with a brace from man of the match Matt Boulton and further tries from Richie Lewis, Jake Page-Maskell and fly-half-for-the-day Keelan Little.
The 2s are back in action next month with a semi-final of the Bill Adams Cup at Cainwick and an away fixture at Royal Wootton Bassett IIIs.
Fairford’s 1st XV return to Gloucester 1 action on Saturday with a trip to Gloucester Old Boys.
