FAIRFORD return to league duty this weekend with an away trip to Gordon League (KO 2.30pm).
The Badgers’ last league outing was a 27-5 win over Gloucester Old Boys on Saturday 27th October, where a resolute defensive effort proved enough to win the day.
There was no game on Saturday, with England’s involvement in the World Cup Final and a host of player unavailability facilitating Old Cryptians to an away walkover in the Wadworth 6X Gloucestershire Junior Vase Quarter-Final.
Saturday’s opponents Gordon League have begun the season with one win from five games, which came in the shape of a 28-22 triumph over Smiths at the end of September.
